I love using a slow cooker to prepare meals. It is easy, quick, and, most of the time, tasty. We really depend on our slow cooker on busy days and on the Saturday nights when we go to Mass. Yummy Carnitas My husband and I love Mexican food. And, by love, I mean LOVE!  Luckily, our small town has a fabulous Mexican restaurant, Cancun. The food there is so good!
