Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Every time fall comes, I crave comfort foods. I make lots of chili, bake pies, and cook up casseroles! Since summer is over, I feel free to use my oven more. Lazy Sunday Casserole

When I was single, I got to where I hated cooking. I found cooking for one to be a lonely enterprise.
