It is a well-established fact on this blog, and otherwise, that I love and adore tacos! My love for tacos began as a child. My parents made them quite regularly. Like most households, taco night was a favorite in our home.  It wasn’t until I was much older that I realized that taco night in our house was different from everywhere else. Namely, we NEVER used a taco kit bought from the grocery store. My parents would simply brown the beef and serve with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes and lettuce. Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos

Since Mexican food is one of my favorite cuisines, it shouldn’t be a surprise that I pin a lot of taco recipes on Pinterest. I’ve pinned beef taco recipes, pork, and chicken. In my mind, there is no such thing as a bad taco. Well, at least I haven’t met a taco I haven’t liked, yet. I also love using my slow cooker. My slow cooker and I have been “friends” for years.
