It is a well-established fact on this blog, and otherwise, that I love and adore tacos! My love for tacos began as a child. My parents made them quite regularly. Like most households, taco night was a favorite in our home.  It wasn’t until I was much older that I realized that taco night in our house was different from everywhere else. Taco Egg Rolls

Twice a year, in my home, we make appetizers the main meal, New Year’s Eve and the Super Bowl. (Three times if you count spending Christmas Eve with my in-laws.) I look forward to those meals every year. Baked Crunchy Taco Casserole

One of my go to things to cook at home is tacos! They are easy to make, and difficult to screw up. I make them often enough that I stopped buying the packets of seasoning. Instead, I buy the jar of seasoning. It is more cost-effective after all. I do try to vary how I make tacos. Shredded Beef Tacos: Crock Pot Delight

I love Mexican food. Anytime I see a recipe for Mexican food, I am likely to pin it, especially if it looks easy.   Yesterday, I decided to try a brand new pin (I usually go with older pins first), slow cooker shredded beef tacos. My type of recipe, Mexican and slow cooker.
